The Holiday Inn Express Cooperstown NY is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent who can also perform Night Audit duties. This dual-role requires attentiveness, excellent guest service, and the ability to work overnight hours in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will handle check-ins/outs, balance revenue, and support the front desk with administrative tasks while ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth nightly operations.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in basic accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and computer applications.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Perform end-of-day financial audits to ensure accurate and thorough recording of transactions.
• Reconcile and balance accounts, generate financial reports, and make necessary corrections to accounts as needed.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
• Manage and resolve guest complaints and requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Monitor hotel security and address any issues that arise during the night shift.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, ensuring excellent communication and service standards.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining up-to-date hotel records.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless daily operations.
