Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Massachusetts is seeking a Night Audit professional to ensure financial controls and hotel standards. You will coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to deliver quality service to guests.

Responsibilities include preparing the daily revenue reports, auditing POS and front office tapes, entering revenue and expenses, balancing accounts, and maintaining system readiness for the next day.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to perform accurate 10-key calculations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing POS tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips and settlements.
• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system and POS.
• Make corrections and adjustments and resolve computer issues during shift.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and prepare for next day operations.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other related job duties as assigned.
