Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Atlanta is seeking a Night Audit professional to maintain financial controls and ensure hotel standards during overnight shifts. You will coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to deliver quality guest service.

Responsibilities include auditing daily revenue, balancing accounts, correcting discrepancies, and generating reports such as Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary. This full-time, in-person role offers competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Required)
• Basic math skills with 10-key calculator
• Ability to effectively deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner
• Ability to input information on a moderately complex computer system
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing POS tapes/journals and breakdown revenue, covers, tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier.
• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, POS and the computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur during the shift.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset the system for next day operations.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
