Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts at Hyatt Place Boston / Braintree seeks a Night Audit associate to uphold financial controls and hotel standards while coordinating with Security and Housekeeping to ensure top-notch guest service.

Ideal candidates have basic math skills, accurate data entry in front office systems, and strong verbal and written communication abilities. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills including 10-key calculations.
• Ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurate data entry using a moderately complex computer system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes and journals.
• Run audit reports from the front office system, POS and computer.
• Make corrections and resolve computer issues during shifts.
• Input revenue/expenses into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and reset systems for the next day.
• Maintain attendance and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
