The Carolina Inn is seeking an Auditor who can crunch numbers and respond to guests’ needs in a hospitality setting. The role covers all end-of-day accounting tasks and requires autonomous work with little supervision.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years' experience in customer service or hospitality
• Excellent communication and math skills
• Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
• Strong eye for details
• Flexible Schedule holidays & weekends
• Pay rate: $18.00/hour

Aufgaben

• Greet guests upon arrival and check them in, providing information for an enjoyable stay
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
• Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments
• Schedule wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as needed
• Answer phones and place reservations
