Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins/reservations.
• Balance the books and finalize nightly transactions; produce the Daily Flash Report.
• Conduct regular security walks and maintain a calm, safe environment for guests.
• Prepare daily reports and provide management with overnight insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during the night.
• Troubleshoot basic issues using Windows, spreadsheets, and Word documents.
