Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a full-time Night Auditor for Homewood Suites by Hilton Destin, FL. The role oversees night audit operations, maintains financial controls, and ensures hotel standards compliance.

Coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to deliver quality guest service. The position requires overnight availability, a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and strong numerical and system skills.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills using a 10-key.
• Ability to handle guest and associate concerns professionally.
• Ability to input information in a front office system accurately.
• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports and audit POS tapes.
• Run audit reports from front office systems and POS.
• Make corrections and adjustments; troubleshoot system issues.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and settlements in the front office system.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and prepare next-day close.
• Meet attendance requirements and work regular overnight shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
