Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and coworkers.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests and balance day revenue/expenses during the audit shift.
• Perform front desk duties during audits, including check-ins/check-outs.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
