Home2 Suites by Hilton Greenville Airport, a Strand Hospitality managed hotel, seeks a Night Auditor for the night shift to balance guest accounts, post charges and assist at the front desk from 11pm–7am. This part-time, non-exempt position emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and security of the property.

Competenze

• Hotel Night Auditor experience preferred.
• Prior hotel guest services representative preferred.
• Ability to process math calculations.
• Office skills and technology, accounting/bookkeeping preferred.

Mansioni

• Completes posting of all charges.
• Receives and records guest payments.
• Posts room, tax, and local calls for the day.
• Prepares revenue report to include all day rates.
• Prepares and has ready by 7 a.m. the Housekeeper's Report.
• Assigns rooms to incoming guests.
• Maintains daily walk-in reservation count sheet.
• Keeps timely wake-up calls and courteous information for guests.
• Follows emergency procedures and informs other department heads.
