Job summary

Responsibilities include posting charges, receiving payments, generating revenue reports, and ensuring all reports and vouchers are prepared for management review each morning. Minimum high school diploma and 3+ years hotel operations experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma at a minimum; 3+ years of hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret reports.

Responsibilities

• Post and balance charges to guest folios.
• Receive and record guest payments.
• Prepare revenue reports including all day rates.
• Reconcile department records and adjust as needed.
• Maintain guest ledgers and daily balances for management review.
• Manage wake-up calls and guest information courteously.
