Job summary

ARK Night Auditor is the first point of contact for guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay and supporting operations to reflect our vision and values.

Responsibilities include resolving guest concerns, assisting with reservations, nightly reporting, and performing light maintenance as needed. Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and internet software is required; hospitality experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

• Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.
• Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records.
• Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
• Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Compensation

$19 hourly
