ARK is seeking a Night Auditor to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/check-outs and delivering a warm, attentive welcome. You will manage nightly financial tasks, balance transactions, and respond to guest inquiries while coordinating with other departments.

This role requires strong customer service, proficiency with internet software and Microsoft Office, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records.
  • Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide room keys.

Job description

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

Compensation:

$15 hourly
