Job summary

ARK is seeking a Night Auditor to join a growing group of hospitality professionals. The role involves producing reports, reconciling transactions, and performing front desk tasks to ensure a smooth guest stay.

Requires HS diploma; some college is a plus and computer proficiency is essential. Overnight hours and flexible schedule are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads and general manager.
• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after audits.
• Ensure guests have a pleasant stay and respond to guest inquiries.
• Execute front desk duties (reservations, check-ins), delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests.

• Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
• Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay
• Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required
• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred
• Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
• Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required
• Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired

Compensation

$17 - $18 hourly
