Job summary

ARK is seeking a night auditor to join our team of hospitality professionals for the overnight shift. The role requires strong numbers sense, excellent customer service, and proficiency with basic accounting or reservation software.

Compensation is $12 to $12.75 per hour with flexible hours. The candidate should be comfortable compiling reports and handling front desk duties to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Great communications and excellent customer service skills are required.
• Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Overnight shift; requires flexible hours.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.
• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred

Responsibilities

• Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process.
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required.
• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property.
• Process additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required
