Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is seeking a friendly Night Auditor for the Canaan Valley Resort in West Virginia. The role involves greeting guests, handling registrations, checkout, and cashiering during overnight hours.

You will reconcile daily financials, manage front desk operations overnight, respond to guest requests, and ensure security and smooth operation of the property. Experience in hospitality and cash handling is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience handling cash and processing payments.
• Attention to detail and organized.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling daily financial transactions, including room charges, taxes, F&B and incidental expenses.
• Balance front office accounts, verify guest transactions, and officially close the business day.
• Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handle late-night check-ins, answer phones, and process bookings.
• Be the primary point of contact for guest needs while ensuring security and smooth operation of the property.
• Greet guests warmly and take initiative.
• Other duties as assigned.

Reconciling the resort's daily financial transactions, including room charges, taxes, food and beverage and incidental expenses. Balance front office accounts, verifies the accuracy of guest transactions and officially closes the business day.

Managing the front desk during the overnight shift, Handle late-night check-ins. Answer phones, process new bookings and guest requests.

Be the primary point of contact for guest needs while ensuring the security and smooth operation of the property.

• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
