Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is seeking a friendly Night Auditor to work overnight, assisting guests with registrations, checkouts, and cashiering. The role includes reconciling daily financials, balancing front office accounts, and closing the business day.

Responsibilities include managing the front desk during overnight hours, handling late-night check-ins, answering phones, processing bookings, and serving as the primary point of contact for guests while ensuring security and smooth operation of

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use of math concepts.
• Attention to detail and being organized.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling the resort's daily financial transactions, including room charges, taxes, food and beverage and incidental expenses.
• Balance front office accounts, verifies the accuracy of guest transactions and officially closes the business day.
• Managing the front desk during the overnight shift, handle late-night check-ins, answer phones, process new bookings and guest requests.
• Be the primary point of contact for guest needs while ensuring the security and smooth operation of the property.
• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Other duties as assigned
