Job summary

A-1 Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Night Auditor for a part-time overnight shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) in Meridian, Idaho. You will handle check-ins, billing, and guest inquiries, while maintaining accurate records and cash handling at the front desk.

Responsibilities include verifying guaranteed arrivals, addressing guest needs, promoting hotel offerings, and ensuring smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and math concepts.
• Attention to detail and organized.

Responsibilities

• Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers not in house.
• Explain and provide promotional items to each guest checking in.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints and offer alternatives when needed.
• Cover other areas of the hotel as needed.
• Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form.
• Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported.
• Maintain all areas of the front desk.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Are you friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment? The Hotel Night Auditor attends to guests' needs, included, but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering .Part-Time Night Audit Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 3 to 4 days per week

• Cover other areas of hotel as needed

• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
• Other duties as assigned
