Qualifications

• High School or GED completed.
• Experience as a front office supervisor in 4- or 5-star hotels preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Office; Opera and Micros are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office and valet operations during overnight shift.
• Ensure outstanding guest service across all areas.
• Respond to security issues and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Communicate vital information to Loss Prevention and department heads.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering on repairs.
• Maintain staff productivity and conduct lineups with updates.
• Prepare nightly deposits and assign rooms.
• Provide hotel updates and log communications via Opera system.
