BBL LENOX HOTEL GROUP LLC is hiring a Night Auditor to perform auditing duties and guest service during overnight shifts in Lenox, MA. The role requires handling check-ins/outs, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy in the Property Management System.

The candidate should have strong math and reasoning skills, the ability to manage guest needs, and be able to stand for long periods while performing audit procedures and occasional Manager On Duty responsibilities.

• Ability to handle cash and payment processing.
• Adept at guest interaction and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Register guests efficiently and upsell to maximize room revenue.
• Process check-ins/outs and handle guest payments per policies.
• Respond to guest requests and provide information on local attractions.
• Reconcile night audit activities in the PMS and cash drawers.
• Perform audit procedures and act as Manager On Duty during shifts when required.
