Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our front office team at Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa in Lenox, MA. The role focuses on accuracy and guest satisfaction, handling overnight check-ins/outs, and balancing daily transactions.

You will issue end-of-day reports, prepare deposits, monitor security, handle reservations, and support light breakfast setup. A high school diploma and strong math, detail orientation, and clear communication are essential; overnight

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong math skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
• Familiarity with property management systems or willingness to learn.
• Clear, friendly communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and requests.
• Balance and reconcile the day’s transactions, post charges, and run end-of-day reports.
• Complete the nightly audit and roll the system over to the next business day.
• Prepare daily financial summaries and deposits for the accounting team.
• Monitor property security, respond to alarms or incidents, and complete regular walk-throughs.
• Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and late arrivals or no-shows.
• Prepare breakfast service areas and assist with light morning setup as needed.
• Document shift notes and communicate any issues to the incoming morning team.
