Job summary

BBL Hospitality in Lenox, MA is seeking a part-time hotel front desk associate for an overnight shift. The role includes guest check-in/check-out, upselling, and handling payments, while promoting hotel services and local attractions.

The position requires strong math skills, the ability to manage guest requests, and a focus on accuracy in cashiering and revenue reconciliation. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent math and reasoning skills.
Ability to deal with intoxicated guests and maintain composure.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Registers guests and upsells to maximize room rates during check-in.
Checks guests out and processes payments per policy.
Responds to requests, promotes hotel services, and offers local directions.
Resolves minor complaints and flags major issues to supervisors.
Books reservations or coordinates with the reservation center.
Performs night audit tasks in the property management system.
Handles cashiering, deposits, and revenue reconciliation.
