Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from around the world and guide them through registration to checkout.

You will provide room rate quotes, assist with reservations, and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy. Join our hospitality-focused team and contribute to memorable vacations while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges and credits.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
