Job summary

Greens River Lodging LLC is seeking a Night Auditor with at least 1 year of experience and 3 years in hotel front office. The role requires a High School diploma or higher and readiness to work the Night Shift.

You will manage night audit tasks, supervise staff, review daily results, and ensure public areas meet standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient with hotel PMS systems, cost reporting, and front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper completion of all front office and night audit duties.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of all Nights Shift staff.
• Effectively, properly and accurately analyze the days operating results and perform daily assigned duties including:
• Conduct the Night Audit in accordance with the Greens standards
• Operations Analysis & Reporting:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable and direct billing
• End of day statistics
• Labor hours
• Front office room inspection reports
• Newspaper review for lead generation
• Ensure the proper appearance of the lobby and all public areas, including the complimentary breakfast area.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD).
