Job summary

Greens Inv 2 LLC is seeking a part-time Night Auditor at March Air Reserve Base, CA. If you have 1 year of Night Audit experience and 3 years hotel front desk experience with a high school diploma or higher, this may be the opportunity for you!

You will supervise night shift staff, review daily operating results, handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure lobby areas meet standards. Proficiency with PMS systems and front desk equipment is required, and you will act as MOD when needed.

Qualifications

• Night audit experience (1 year) and 3 years hotel front desk experience.
• High school diploma or higher required.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and front desk equipment.
• Ability to supervise night shift staff and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper completion of front office and night audit duties.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of all Nights Shift staff.
• Analyze daily operating results and perform end-of-day statistics.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and direct billing.
• Ensure lobby and public areas meet Greens standards and act as MOD.
