Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group in Utah region seeks an Experienced Front Desk Clerk to support night operations at Red Cliffs Zion Springdale. Register guests, process payments, balance cash drawers, and prepare daily reports for audit purposes.

The role requires strong guest service and accurate cash handling with the ability to work the graveyard shift. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality front desk or guest services preferred.
• Basic math, cash handling and POS knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the MOD during the night-time hours.
• Greet guests, register and check out guests.
• Accept payments and balance cash drawers daily.
• Prepare Daily Reports and conduct audit procedures.
