Job summary

Red Cliffs Zion in Springdale, UT is seeking an experienced front desk associate for full or part-time hours. You will greet guests, register and check out, accept payments, balance the cash drawer, and ensure accurate daily reports.

This night-shift MOD role requires strong customer service, leadership, and basic computer skills (PMS, POS, PBX). Hospitality experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Experience in hospitality front desk or guest services preferred.
• Experience in accounting or cash handling preferred.
• Experience in hotel operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register and check guests in/out, process payments and maintain receipts.
• Serve as MOD during night shifts and oversee front desk operations.
• Greet guests, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily and audit reports.
• Assist with guest bookings and upsell services as appropriate.
