Job summary

Sunriver Resort is seeking a Night Auditor to manage nightly Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out, and coordinate cashier and accounting tasks for day-end accuracy.

The role requires a hospitality background, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and a valid US driver’s license. Candidate must be able to stand for long periods and provide exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• At least one year customer service experience required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or possess a valid work permit.
• Must have valid U.S. Driver’s License and meet resort driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Registers guests into computer system, verifying registration, address and credit information.
• Posts guest and room charges to folios, ledgers and city ledgers accurately.
• Reviews room revenue reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains ledgers in an in-balance condition.
• Balances all daily reports and nightly charges; closes out the day.
