Job summary

Concord is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver overnight service, balance daily transactions, verify front desk activity, and produce nightly reports in Utah.

You will handle check-ins/outs, respond to guest requests, maintain security and cash controls, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep the lobby smooth. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit and balance daily financial transactions, including credit cards, revenue, and guest folios.
• Verify room status, availability, and front desk transactions for accuracy.
• Complete nightly reports, audit paperwork, and required documentation.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-in/out, reservations, and phone inquiries.
• Respond to guest requests and provide hotel and local information.
• Maintain cash handling, security procedures, and overnight safety standards.
• Keep the front desk/lobby clean and support basic setup needs.
• Communicate issues with housekeeping and maintenance.
