Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is hiring a Night Auditor for our Moab hotels (Springhill Suites and Fairfield Inn by Marriott). You will greet guests, check them in, post room charges, and ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliation.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and customer service skills. Weekend availability and ability to learn hotel computer systems are essential. We offer a full benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Some experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills.
• Strong eye for details.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Available weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in, and provide information to enhance their stay.
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
• Reconcile accounts and verify end-of-day tasks were completed.
• Verify all EOD work is performed by other departments.
• Schedule wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
• Answer phones and place reservations.
