Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Clerk/ Shuttle Driver at Red Cliffs Lodge, Moab, UT. You will greet guests, perform check-in and check-out, process payments, and assist with guest inquiries while delivering exceptional service.

You will coordinate shuttle services, upsell when appropriate, maintain accurate records, and work with multiple departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Must have high school diploma and valid driver’s license; hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of guest service and shuttle driving experience preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out at the front desk.
• Handle cash transactions, balance cash drawer, and prepare receipts.
• Assist guests with shuttle service and transportation arrangements.
• Provide information on hotel policies, services, and local attractions.
