Additionally, you will respond to guest complaints and emergencies, reconcile accounts, verify end-of-day tasks, schedule wake-up calls, and assist with reservations. Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and math abilities.
• Ability to learn computer systems and on-the-job tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Available on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and check them in, providing necessary information.
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors, and distribute employee checks.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
• Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner.
• Verify that end-of-day work is completed by other departments.
• Schedule wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
• Answer phones and place reservations; respond to inquiries.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and accuracy.
