Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to oversee overnight front office operations and audit processes. You will lead the night team, ensure accurate posting of room revenue, and maintain a safe, guest-focused overnight environment.

The role requires strong leadership, financial accuracy, and excellent communication, with a flexible overnight schedule including weekends and holidays. This is a part-time on-site position based in San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office, night audit, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial accuracy.
• Ability to lead a team while working independently overnight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly front office and audit operations, including team support, scheduling, and training.
• Reconcile daily transactions, run trial balance, post room revenue, and close the day.
• Prepare and distribute audit reports for hotel departments and leadership.
• Verify guest accounts, reservations, and billing accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as the overnight point of contact, handling guest needs and service recovery.
• Investigate service or safety concerns, complete incident reports, and ensure follow-up.
• Monitor hotel safety, security, and key control procedures.
• Support front desk operations, including check-in/out and guest assistance.
