Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all night time front desk and audit functions.
• Execute computer maintenance requirements and verify daily financial transactions.
• Prepare daily reports and distribute as directed.
• Balance daily postings and revenue, and resolve inaccuracies.
• Maintain check‑in/check‑out procedures and act as liaison with guests.
• Protect confidential guest information and operate front office systems.
• Communicate wrap‑ups to other departments to ensure smooth morning operations.
• Assist with PBX duties and familiarization with hotel Facilities.
