Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Experience in hospitality preferred; front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register and checkout guests; handle payments and cash drawer.
• Greet guests, answer inquiries, and provide wake-up calls.
• Maintain house bank, deposits, and daily receipts.
• Audit procedures and reporting like Daily Reports and Pace Reports.
• PBX operator duties during audit shift and guest communications.
• Assist with reservations and guest services.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
