Prominent Career Solutions, LLC is seeking a Night Shift RN for a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level IV) in Seattle, WA. The role is full-time with 12-hour night shifts on a 36-hour week. A $15,000 hiring bonus is offered for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.

The nurse will assess and plan patient care, advocate for autonomy and safety, and contribute to professional development within a collaborative inter-professional team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington RN License.
• Upon hire: BLS - American Heart Association.
• NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• 1 year Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement and evaluate patient care; coordinate plan of care to achieve goals and optimize outcomes.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and respect patient rights and beliefs.
• Foster learning for patients, families, and healthcare team; support students and staff.
