Job summary

Seattle Children's in Seattle, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU (0.9 FTE, night shift). The NICU is a 48-bed Level IV unit with experts in neonatal care and a program that serves multiple states.

We offer a substantial sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified external candidates with pediatric or neonatal ICU experience. The role requires a Washington RN license and BLS; orientation will be personalized, with training opportunities for pediatric specialties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Prior experience in a pediatric related health care setting, or a specific area of nursing, may be required for specific departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, family-centered patient care.
• Using the Nursing Care Process, assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with patients, families, and the health care team.
• May supervise and delegation of tasks to Nurse Technicians, LPNs, CNAs and others as defined by the State Administrative Code.
