Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a 0.9 FTE Day/Night Rotating NICU RN to provide safe, family-centered care in a pediatric NICU. Shifts are 12 hours, 7AM–7PM and 7PM–7AM, with six weeks on days and six weeks on nights.

Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available. As part of the health care team, you will use the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborate with families, and supervise nurses and aides as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Washington State RN License.
• BLS certification required; PALS/PEARS accepted in lieu of BLS.
• NICU or pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, family-centered care in a pediatric NICU.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Collaborate with families and health care team; supervise Nurse Technicians and CNAs as needed.
