Job summary

Providence Swedish First Hill in Seattle seeks a skilled RN for a NICU (Level IV) night-shift role with 12-hour shifts. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires, in addition to Providence's comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

You will deliver high-level NICU care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold patient-focused standards across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire
• 1 year Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement and evaluate patients' care.
• Develop, update and coordinate the patient's plan of care to achieve goals and optimize outcomes.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition and maintain essential competencies.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care and support patient autonomy and dignity.
• Lead and coordinate inter-professional care teams and model professional nursing behavior.
