Job summary

Providence Swedish’s Swedish First Hill unit seeks a dedicated RN for the NICU (Level IV) on a full-time basis. The role features 12‑hour night shifts with a 36‑hour weekly schedule and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible internal and external hires.

You’ll deliver patient-centered care within a culture that values teamwork, learning, and professional development, contributing to outcomes across the care continuum at a major Puget Sound facility.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse license required on hire.
• BLS and NRP certifications required on hire.
• 1 year nursing experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, plan, implement and evaluate patients’ care.
• Develop, update and coordinate the patient’s plan of care to achieve goals and optimize outcomes.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition; maintain currency of essential competencies.
