Talent Search Pro is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) position in Seattle, WA. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for critically ill newborns, coordinating with the healthcare team, and advocating for patients and families.

Night shifts are 12 hours, with a 36-hour work week. The ideal candidate will have a WA RN license, BLS and NRP certifications upon hire, and at least 1 year of NICU nursing experience.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington RN License upon hire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• NRP certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

• Assess patients, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Develop and coordinate patient care plans to achieve goals and transitions.
• Monitor and communicate patient conditions clearly to the care team.
• Maintain competencies for the NICU specialty and patient population.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and patient/family rights.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, staff, students, and the community.
• Lead and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
