Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice per state requirements.
• BLS certification; additional certs or specialty training may be required.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking; proficient with digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care; engage patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, collaborates with the team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains accurate EHR documentation.
