Job summary

Advocate Health in High Point, NC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Nursing Float Pool. The role focuses on delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care across multiple units, primarily acute and intermediate care, with a 3-shift weekly schedule and weekend rotation.

The position requires an accredited nursing program completion, NC RN license, and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications, with 2 years of RN experience preferred. 36 hours/week, 7am–7pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• North Carolina RN license required.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA) required.
• ACLS required.
• NIHSS required.
• 2 years of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to ensure a safe patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
