Advocate Health in North Carolina is seeking a part-time registered nurse to join the Union nursing float pool. You will work two 12-hour shifts per week (7a–7p) with every other weekend, and may float to Atrium Health Union, Union West, and Anson. Requires RN, BLS, 1 year of nursing experience; BSN preferred. Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges in the practicing state(s).
• BLS certification.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Collaborate with care team and promote safety; delegate appropriately.
• May float to other units as needed.
