Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the 7p–7a night shift at our Park Ridge facility. The role includes 36 hours per week with a rotating 3rd weekend and holidays schedule.

You will engage in patient-centric care, participate in governance, and ensure safety and quality across the unit. The ideal candidate holds a BSN or equivalent nursing education, an active RN license, and BLS certification, with 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the relevant state(s).
• BLS certification (required) and any specialty certifications as applicable.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
• BSN preferred in this department.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Uphold a culture of safety and timely documentation.
