Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 0-1 years related work experience.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Basic familiarity with computers; ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow through the unit and coordinates admissions with nursing staff.
• Answers call lights promptly and greets patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Uses information systems to support unit operations and resolve IS issues.
• Maintains equipment logs and ensures proper charging for supplies.
• Manages patient valuables program and tracks belongings.
