Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow through the unit and coordinates admissions with nursing staff and admission facilitator.
• Answers patient call lights promptly and directs patients, families, visitors and staff; provides information when requested.
• Uses unit information systems and serves as a point person for IS issue resolution.
• Maintains equipment logs and ensures proper charging for equipment and supplies.
• Manages unit-level lost belongings tracking and reports unresolved losses.
