Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Unit Coordinator for the NICU at 273 Charles Street, Blake Building, Boston. This onsite, full-time role schedules 40 hours with evenings 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday, with every other weekend and holiday.

You will support clinicians, coordinate patient flow, admissions, discharges and transfers, and manage central nursing station information in the EMR. You will greet patients and families, handle routine clerical duties, and collaborate with the unit team to

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Associate degree Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to unit-based and hospital-wide clinicians and staff, liaising between patient, visitors and clinicians.
• Coordinate day-to-day patient flow with nursing, including admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Schedule consultations, tests and patient transport; enter accurate information into the EMR.
• Greet patients and families and handle clerical tasks to support unit operations.
