Job summary

HonorHealth Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to support the Neonatal Intensive Care-2D nursing department. You will perform administrative/clerical duties, serve as a liaison via phone, email, and in person, and handle data entry and reporting with confidentiality in mind.

You will develop staffing schedules, analyze data, and assist in presentations while maintaining organized daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of office coordination or healthcare related experience required.
• 3 years of office coordination or healthcare related experience preferred with data collection/analysis/presentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains statistics by data entry, research, and compiling data into spreadsheets; produces reports and presentations to support analyses.
• Provides customer service and acts as point of contact for patients, families, and staff; handles department calls and inquiries.
• Oversees coordination of special projects; manages staff schedules, timekeeping, licensure/education info, and data entry for quality measures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
