Job summary

HonorHealth's Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for the Pediatrics-4D3 unit. The role emphasizes NICU-appropriate care, adherence to ANA standards, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality pediatric nursing care.

The RN will document patient histories, administer treatments and medications, and develop individualized care plans while educating families on post-discharge care and wellness strategies.

Qualifications

• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience if no BSN (education requirement)
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (RN) required or preferred
• BSN degree preferred or required within 60 months

Responsibilities

• The RN's practice follows ANA standards and Ethics; maintains care plans and administers medications.
• Record medical history, perform diagnostic tests, operate equipment, and assist with follow-up and rehab.
• Provide patient and family education on disease management, lifestyle, diet, and home care.
