Job summary

Abrazo Central Campus in Phoenix, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks an RN supervisor to coordinate a clinic unit's functions, scheduling and staff mentoring, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care.

The role involves leading RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and liaising with providers and administration, developing care plans, and training staff. Requires nursing degree and Arizona RN license, with 2+ years of clinical nursing experience; ACLS/PALS as applicable; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care and monitors unit activity, supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Manages day-to-day staffing, orientation, and competency checklists for new hires and annual reviews.
• Ensures professional conduct with customers and tracks service performance with corrective actions when needed.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
